PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
I authorize Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures dba Grand Casino Hinckley/Mille Lacs (“MLCV”), its successors and assigns, and those acting under its permission or authority (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”), to copyright, use, and publish, for art, advertising, trade, publicity, social media, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, digital, video, film, images, and other content (collectively, “Content”) of myself reproduced in any medium any of the Releasees deems appropriate. I authorize MLCV/Grand Casinos to use my name, likeness, and voice in connection with its use of the Content.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or any copy of any Content that may be used in connection therewith or use to which it may be applied. I agree that no royalties, compensation, or residuals will be paid to me.
I hereby release and discharge the Releasees from any liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking or use of the Content or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished Content.
I read this authorization before agreeing to its contents, and I fully understand the contents of this authorization and release. This authorization and release is irrevocable.
INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE
Through the Website, Grand Casino may collect personal information, such as your name, your photograph and likeness, your email address, your home address, your telephone number, your date of birth, and your age in connection with, among other things, enrolling to become a Players Club member. Grand Casino may also collect information regarding your areas of interest and information related to customer surveys, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, and/or offers. The personal information collected is stored in a secure database, which is available for Grand Casino’s use only. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure.
